Breed : Timber Wolf
Mutation : He has two bone spikes on his head, just below his ears, and one bone spike on each elbow of his front two legs. On his back hips he has three medium bone spike jutting out.
Illness : He has multiple personalites. Each with its own name.
Fur Color : Black on top, with a dark grey under coat
Eye Color : one green eye, and one blue eye

Appearence Type : Large well muscled wolf, the perfect picture of a brutish Timber Wolf, built for fighting and hunting. He has several scars on his body, one right below his left eye, three on his back right leg, and one along the bottom of his neck. He has a grey stripe running down his spine, stopping at the base of his tail. His fur is well kept and very clean. His bottom jaw is slightly crooked from being broken. His right ear is torn near the top, and is missing a patch of fur in the middle on the back of it. His paws are very large, and he is missing a claw on his front right paw.

Personality : He has multiple personalites, the first one is Kavik, this is his personality from before he was mutated, but it lasts a very short time, Kavik is intelligent, guarded, skittish, and cautious, he talks very little and keeps his distance from others. He knows what he has become, and is trying to fight it. The next personality is named Gurth, he is very overbearing and vicious. He is eager to fight, and loves the taste of blood, Gurth is very instinct drivin, he has very little intelligence, relying only on instincts. The last personality is Jake, he is level headed and very monotonous. Jake perfers to be left alone and to sleep all day. But if woken up he will attack anything in sight. Jake is also Schitzophrenic. If caught in a "mood" others can hear Jake talking about "Kate, and Meaghen" or about "The Lake". He also thinks he's always being watched and will randomly snap and turn on anyone he may be with at the time. All three personalities have anger issues, they let it guide them.

History : Kavik was found abandoned as a pup, he was the only survivor after hunters raided the den, he was adopted by two Female Wolves named Kate and Meaghen. They raised him until he was old enough to hunt on his own, they drove him out and chased him into a forest far away from their territory. Kavik stayed in the forest, often going to a lake to sleep. Eventually Kavik started to mutate, he was alone and confused at the time, all he could think of to do is run, so he ran until he couldn't run any longer. He eventually passed out and hit his head hard on a rock. When he awoke, he tried to fight what he had become by breaking off the bone spikes, he even went as far as trying to kill himself.
Kavik has no living siblings.
Both his parents are deceased
He has no mate, and no pups.

Roleplay Sample :
Kavik turns his head, in a brief moment of clarity he looks down, his muzzle dripping blood, and looks at the small wolf under him in horror. He shakes his head and in low gravelly voice he mumbles "i'm sorry" over and over. He lifts his head and looks around, his vision and mind starting to get hazy, and he runs. His paws smacking the cold hard earth, breaking branches as they crash down on them, he runs blindly through the forest, his mind being taken over once again. He skids to a stop, but he is no longer Kavik, no, he is Gurth, and he smells meat. He tilts his ears forward, trying to pick up any sounds from his prey as he lifts his head to take in the scent of fresh meat. He starts to walk towards the smell when from behind him a snapping sound echoes around him. He snaps his head around to face the direction of the sound, his bright eyes narrowed as a deep snarle rips from his throat.
